Vivi Lugano 2011 - summer camp for Lugano's kids

"Vivi Lugano" is an initiative of prevention and summer entertainment, promoted by Lugano's Municipal social institutions. "Vivi Lugano" arose in 1989 with the objective of offering young people in Lugano the possibility to interact and socialize, carrying out many different activities such as sports, games and other forms of entertainment, during the whole month of July.

The programme proposes children to socialize with others of their own age living in the neighbourhood and, in such a way, to come into contact with the society, places and people that are familiar to them. "Vivi Lugano" pursues objectives that are educational and social, trying to foster the individual development of each participant.




When: from July 4th to 29th, 2011, 5 days a week. Groups of 20-25 similar-aged children
Opening days and times: Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 17.30. (Drop-off possibility at 8:00)
Age: 6 to 16
Registration: Please complete the registration form which are distributed to all branches of Lugano's public schools or click here for details.
Deadline: June 1st, 2011
Price: CHF 80.- for 1 week, CHF 130.- for 2 weeks, CHF 180.- for 3 weeks, 230.- for 4 weekss
Payment method: together with registration via pink payment slip.

The only condition is that your family needs to be resident within the city of Lugano. The activities are divided up according to the city's districts/communes of Molino Nuovo, Breganzona, Pregassona, Viganello and Barbengo.
